Right of Withdrawal

Products purchased from HSelixirs.com online store can be returned to HSelixirs OÜ if desired. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods (except in cases of product defects).

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

NB! The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened after delivery. (Law of Obligations Act § 53 par 4 point 4'1)

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To return the goods, the buyer must submit a notice of withdrawal from the purchase, which can be found here:

and send it to the email address info@hselixirs.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that they have returned the goods to the carrier during the mentioned period.

The online store will refund the buyer all fees received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.

The online store may withhold the refund until the goods subject to the contract have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, depending on which event occurs earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the additional costs that exceed the standard delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.

If the customer discovers upon receiving the goods that they have received the wrong or defective product, or if the product does not arrive in good condition and in a sealed package, they must immediately inform the seller.

HSelixirs will refund the purchase amount

HSelixirs will refund the purchase amount to the customer without delay, but no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.

Failure to pick up the goods within 14 days or failure to collect the goods from the parcel machine within 7 calendar days will also be considered as withdrawal from the contract. In such cases, we will refund the purchase amount, including postage, without delay, but no later than 14 calendar days to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.

Damaged or defective products cannot be returned.
