Terms and Conditions of Online Store
The owner of the online store HSelixirs.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is HSelixirs OÜ, registration code 16771604, located at Kaupmehe 4-1, Raadi alev, Tartu vald, Tartu maakond.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes the fee for the delivery of the goods. All prices of the goods sold in the online store are in euros.
All prices of products sold on HSelixirs.com online store include VAT (Value Added Tax).
The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable method of product delivery. The screen will then display the amount to be paid, which can be securely paid through the following payment methods:
Estonian bank transfers: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank (handled by Maksekeskus AS)
International bank payments: PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Visa & Mastercard. (handled by Stripe, PayPal)
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the button "Return to the merchant" on the bank's page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store's secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The agreement enters into force from the receipt of the payment amount to the Online Store's settlement account.
The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and provides the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to their unavailability or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including the delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: All of Europe.
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD, self-pickup.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the buyer's designated destination within 3 business days from the effective date of the sales agreement. Delivery outside of Estonia takes place within 15 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods extends to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.
NB! The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened after delivery. (Law of Obligations Act § 53 (4) point 4'1)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of goods must be submitted, the form of which can be found here:

and send it to the email address info@hselixirs.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the ordered one (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the statement of withdrawal or provide evidence that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods subject to the contract have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, depending on which occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the buyer for the additional cost exceeding the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly misstated due to an error.
If the customer discovers upon receiving the goods that they have received the wrong or defective product, or if the product does not arrive in good condition and in a sealed package, they must immediately notify the seller.
Right to Submit Claims
The Online Store is liable to the buyer for non-compliance or defects in the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
In case of a defect appearing, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to info@hselixirs.com or calling the phone number: 56203323.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer for all fees associated with the sales agreement.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 30 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to the companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed their desire to receive such information by entering their email address on the website and indicating their consent to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from receiving offers and newsletters by notifying the Online Store via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@hselixirs.com or the phone number: 56203323.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms and conditions for the proceedings can be found here, and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from the sales agreement between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
